Marsh Parsons is full of jumped up young sales people, who still live at home with Mum and Dad and have no idea of real life. They are not on the tenants side - we are just cannon fodder to them. It's all about the landlord. They increase rental costs ingnoring the standard 3% that most agencies use, they don't bother getting issues sorted. 2 weeks with no hot water! Ignored the safety policy on ensuring that all rooms were fitted with smoke detectors for over a year. If you wanted to be treated well and to be taken into consideration as a tenant - don't rent via Marsh Parsons - go to a smaller agency who understand customer service and realise the tenant is as important as the landlord!
Bad - just increased rent at a flat sum rather than the standard 3% that most agencies use.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
