Unresolved maintenance issues at our unit, The Paperworks, Balham Grove over last 6 months of tenancy. What agent could do to change your mind?

Support landlords who try to be fair. Don\'t overcharge the tenant or landlord for every little thing (contracts, gas safety, check in, check out). be professional in your contact with people, both avoiding chasing when you have been asked not to and responding when there are queries. Follow through, the obligations don\'t stop at the point of agreeing a let.
