We just want to put into writing how pleased we are with the flat we have recently purchased and how thankful we are to Marsh and Parsons for finding us the perfect home. We have been renting through Marsh and Parsons for the two flats we have lived in previously and when it came to buying a flat they really went above and beyond. I have been on many viewings with many many different estate agents over the last year and Sarah Gerrett from Marsh and Parsons has been the nicest and most helpful estate agent out of them all by far. Marsh and Parsons went out of their way to find places that match our specific requirements and persisted when we were struggling to find one we really liked. I cannot thank them enough for putting the time and effort in. It is so very much appreciated. All the best, Two very happy homeowners

Horrific Experience. It was one of the most stressful and appalling experiences of my life. Your business and reputation is on the line when you don´t care about the practices of your landlords.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
