Shockingly incompetent. They locked the garden doors and failed to give me a key. They arranged viewings when the landlord decided to sell without any warning. They held onto my advance rent payment for days, causing me overdraft charges. Their inventory clerk was incompetent (suggest do your own).

What agent could do to change your mind?
At the begin the guy shows to be very polite and complacent , by the moment I starred to show real interest in the property he started to lie , the flat was unfunished , but he lies since the begin it was funished , but the worse was he absence desonesty . Just a big lier
