You've been warned, do NOT use JAC. As a landlord, they do not want to know you the minute you sign the tenancy agreement. They are very kind and friendly until they get your money. They have hidden fees about whom they don't inform clients before holding deposits . They don't give holding deposit forms. Provide services in a professional manner, demonstrating thourough understanding of all aspects of their bussiness and finding viable solutions.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
