Thay were very kind until you payed them a money After that we had so many problems with them mr Mark Osalivan first was trying to charge us for an extra month saying that he didn't revived the notice, which we had a proof that we have send. Worst experience ever!! They charged me £276 for cleaning a ONE BEDROOM flat!!, which after I checked wasn't cleaned in the first place.
