Thay were very kind until you payed them a money After that we had so many problems with them mr Mark Osalivan first was trying to charge us for an extra month saying that he didn't revived the notice, which we had a proof that we have send. He was lieing to us on the phone/ saying different things every day. After that he was clearly avoiding our phone calls always being on lunch, meeting or something else , never called back. Now thay trying to charge us for moving 4 chairs and table to the different room, thay still keep our deposit for 2 months sence we moved out, being late with everything thay should be telling us. Really regret that I didn't moved out earlier and let them take the deposit. Horrible estate agency especially mr. Osalivan clearly doesn't know how to do his job. Cheeky, dodgy , thay just looking for the way to suck the money from tenants, whatever you do don't deal with jc Stratton estate agency. And if you already did make sure that you got inventory check done by yourself otherwise thay will try to charge you for every single thing even for the stains and cracks which was already there cuz obviously thay didn't make a pictures of it when thay did a inventory check. Only landlord exist for them, after we have payed thay trick us like rabish. Vanished documents, thay couldn't found the copy of proofs. And much much more hope thay get shut down
