Make sure that you read the fine-print before signing the contract. I had a tenant who had lived at my property for over four years, and i was paying 10% commission per year. Having renewed the contract in February, in June my tenant decided he wished to move to another location, to which I had no objection. Unfortunately, I was unaware that JAC Strattons would not refund me the commission I had paid a year in advance, so was left almost £2,000 pounds out of pocket.

They are very kind and friendly until they get your money. They have hidden fees about whom they don't inform clients before holding deposits . They don't give holding deposit forms. If you don't get property they don't return to you part of your money . Be aware of them. This is how they work and... Read Full Review

I urge people not to use this company to rent out your property. As I learnt to my peril, they are only interested in collecting the commission. They should have returned my fee. Offered to cover the cost of the professional clean.
