I have never dealt with such an aggressive and unprofessional agent, they have taken money and not sorted the damp in the bathroom , after just finally getting my landlords number from the estate management office i finally got my landlords details, please get in touch with myself all landlords and lets get the trading standards and please add more reviews about this agency , they contractors may have taken my jewellery , i have been threatened that they will call police , they keep hanging up .I am having a meeting with my landlord, do not use them they are just there for the money and prey on innocent people , they need to be shut down immediately.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
