I had a terrible experience with them, not only the agent himself had severe issues: - Being late to viewings (up to 40 mins) - Scheduling viewings and having no key for the property - Inability to understand the terms of the offer on the table and the limits that were established in terms of future negotiation - Inability to understand the referencing process and what was going wrong But their reference agency messed up the whole process, referencing alone took 2 weeks, and in the end they seemed unable to understand their own business having my own accountants to explain to them what they should be looking for.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Provide services in a professional manner, demonstrating thourough understanding of all aspects of their bussiness and finding viable solutions.

You've been warned, do NOT use JAC. As a landlord, they do not want to know you the minute you sign the tenancy agreement. Blatant overcharging on the first bill, ignore complaint emails even when head offfice is alerted and generally rude letting manager Akemi. They may well find Japanese... Read Full Review
