Absolutely awful. I could go into massive detail but I don't have the time to waste on a company like Boydens. Rats in the house.....complain to Boydens.................get chucked out. my son had rented a ground floor. On collecting the keys he was told by the agents that they had a problem with the letterbox and he should try it. Complaint Handling Procedure (CHP): A written statement is available at all offices but below is a copy: As a regulated RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) firm, we have in place a CHP, which meets the regulatory requirements.
