After more than 30 years, with Boydens I feel that I can speak with some justification. To all future landlords, be aware that Boydens charges are very high. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Stage one of the CHP gives our firm the opportunity to review and consider your complaint in full. Our firm will try to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. Stage two gives you the client, the opportunity to have your complaint reviewed and considered by an independent redress provider, approved by RICS.
