Appalling and thoroughly depressing experience. Property was unfit for habitation on arrival - urine soaked carpets. Agent refused to visit and inspect without my paying them. Sent a contractor to clean carpets with my items in situ and I have informed them the urine smell has come back through as soaked to underlay. Reply is that they can do no more and I can move out if I don't like it. My son has severe health problems and it cost us several thousands to obtain the property. Tenancy agreement took 3 weeks and a threat of court to be printed and given to me in full. Inventory sent to my old address and redirected here just in time for deadline to report issues. Chasing them for 3 weeks for bank details to pay rent as standing order not sent to bank as promised. This involved 3 emails, 2 voicemails and a message left with an agent plus my mum going to the branch to find it closed at 10am. I feared they had shut down and the rent went unpaid and then I was chased as being in arrears. The credit dept werelovely and got hold of Christchurch. Stuart admitted receiving my messages and replied that he had not responded as not a priority. An agent that doesn't give a toss about his landlord getting paid or indeed the welfare of his tenants. I have been here over a month and no utilities have been set up as promised. I had to investigate to find out who supplies me. A decade of renting- I am a single mum who works a 44hr week and have always had all my deposits back with complimentary feedback from landlords and agents. I am staggered by the level of service and attitude encountered with this agent.

Do not rent a property from this company. Very poor service and check out fees they will still try and charge you for incorrect things even when the property is left in better condition when moved in.
