The way the office manager spoke to me was completely out of order. Back in June I was going to rent a property, but the Landlord withdrew, but I was not offered all the fees I had paid back, despite none of it being my fault.

Awful service right from the start! They took my money and then made it so difficult to actually rent the house I ended up nearly homeless and having to pay out to another agent for another property. Do not rent a property from this company. Very poor service and check out fees they will still try and charge you for incorrect things even when the property is left in better condition when moved in. Appalling and thoroughly depressing experience. Property was unfit for habitation on arrival - urine soaked carpets. Agent refused to visit and inspect without my paying them.
