I rented from this agent when they were formerly known as Saxon Management, the whole process of renting with them was stressful and extremely intrusive.
I was made to feel not worthy enough to rent from them despite having a salary in excess of what 1 of their staff members could earn in 5 years!...............
I was forever having to chase them up as they went back and fourth with information apparently to the landlord.
4 days before the move date am told we need to sign documents for a rent guarantee insurance or cannot have the property and the day before move told the landlord has accepted.
it took 6 weeks to get this property and I wish I had withdrawn, their not for helping tenants find homes and I cannot recommend them.
Once keys were collected several issues crept out of the woodwork that I was not made aware of prior to the tenancy, and then the not worthiness continued throughout the tenancy until I gave notice and moved.
At the end of the day, they are intrusive/patronising/and definitely not worthy of my income!

I have been with Allan and Bath when they were still Saxon Management for more than 12 years. First I was a tenant renting properties in Christchurch from them during that time I only received excellent service and support. I then bought a property and for the past 8 years they managed the property for me as a landlord. Again the service and support has been amazing and I do recommend them to any future tenant or landlord.

Awful service right from the start! They took my money and then made it so difficult to actually rent the house I ended up nearly homeless and having to pay out to another agent for another property. I am now having to go to their governing body ! 3 months down the line not getting anywhere! Do not give them your money!

Reply is that they can do no more and I can move out if I don't like it. My son has severe health problems and it cost us several thousands to obtain the property.
Tenancy agreement took 3 weeks and a threat of court to be printed and given to me in full. Inventory sent to my old address and redirected here just in time for deadline to report issues.
Chasing them for 3 weeks for bank details to pay rent as standing order not sent to bank as promised. This involved 3 emails, 2 voicemails and a message left with an agent plus my mum going to the branch to find it closed at 10am. I feared they had shut down and the rent went unpaid and then I was chased as being in arrears. The credit dept werelovely and got hold of Christchurch. Stuart admitted receiving my messages and replied that he had not responded as not a priority. An agent that doesn't give a toss about his landlord getting paid or indeed the welfare of his tenants.
I have been here over a month and no utilities have been set up as promised. I had to investigate to find out who supplies me. A decade of renting- I am a single mum who works a 44hr week and have always had all my deposits back with complimentary feedback from landlords and agents. I am staggered by the level of service and attitude encountered with this agent.
