I do not like opting negative reviews as I know companies work hard to gain good reputation, however Pearson Ferrier are terrible in every way, they deliberately under value houses to gain commissions, they refuse to join the voluntary estate agent good practice code. I also find it interesting that they respond to feedback on here aggressively and defensively. They may woo you at the initial contact but BE AWARE

I'm slightly confused as you have reviewed our Holcombe Brook office which has been closed since 2008. They could of acted in a professional manner and resolved the problem as quick as possible, they seemed to busy to deal with me and dismissed me numerous times.

I rented a property through Pearson Ferrier last year. The agent told me the house did not have an allocated parking space - it did.
