The most disgusting, appalling and useless lettings agents I have ever encountered. I appointed them to manage an apartment for me and they did NOTHING. Pearson Ferrier only gets 1 star, because it isn't possible to give them zero stars...They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever come across. What agent could do to change your mind?
kept the promises made first and second time..anyone can make mistakes and rectify them,but when given a second chance and there is no change at all and all the past mistakes happen again..then you realise it is their policy and that collecting houses on their books is the aim not customer service.
