Pearson Ferrier only gets 1 star, because it isn't possible to give them zero stars...They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever come across. kept the promises made first and second time..anyone can make mistakes and rectify them,but when given a second chance and there is no change at all and all the past mistakes happen again..then you realise it is their policy and that collecting houses on their books is the aim not customer service.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
