The most disgusting, appalling and useless lettings agents I have ever encountered. I appointed them to manage an apartment for me and they did NOTHING. The most disgusting, appalling and useless lettings agents I have ever encountered. I appointed them to manage an apartment for me and they did NOTHING. Paul took the instruction and then vanished, when I contacted him by phone he said he did not work for Pearson Ferrier and slammed the phone down! Jay had previously said Paul had spoken to the tenant! I have raised a formal complaint with them which they have not responded to. Though their incompetence they have lost me two months rent. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!!!!!!!! Should be zero stars or minus 5 billion stars.

Pearson Ferrier only gets 1 star, because it isn't possible to give them zero stars...They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever come across. They did not answer requests or complaints sent to them via email. They seem very polite and helpful, and they say they will take care of it...then months go by, and nothing!! Send them more emails..NOTHING!

What agent could do to change your mind?
kept the promises made first and second time..anyone can make mistakes and rectify them,but when given a second chance and there is no change at all and all the past mistakes happen again..then you realise it is their policy and that collecting houses on their books is the aim not customer service.

After being approached by the agency to sign up with them with the promise of a branch opening imminently in Heywood (didn't happen) I found them very much style over substance .Promises of updates and contact never materialised and after 2 months of silence I wrote cancelling the agreement. i received a swift apologetic call and the promise of a more personal touch via Kerry.. that was on July 12th...come Oct 23 and not a single update or communication from them..i received another letter through the door inviting me to contact them . I did and was told they had a buyer looking in my area and interested in property like mine..Hmm i said I'm already on your books....Oh are you.sorry some mistake has been made...On cancelling a final time I received the same response from Kerry..Another promise to take personal charge on my account (again) No Thank you..I would not recommend this branch to anyone...
