My personal experience with Hilbery Chaplin is quite negative. When viewing properties their staff have often been late and unknowledgeable. They were managing one of the properties I was renting and considering they charged a reasonably high commission at the start of the tenancy, they were next to useless as once the occupancy started. When the tenancy came to an end they did not want to get involved in the final inspection as an independent party and it took them nearly 3 months to return our deposit. In addition, since then I believe they have misused my personal data regarding my forwarding address. In future I will try to avoid them as much as possible and I would recommend anyone to do the same.

Not to be trust .... got my property for 4 months and booked 9 viewings but only 6 turn up of which 4 we need to do it ourselves and they started giving us feedback for people who didnt turn up and when started questioning they said they got feedback wrong on different properties....also be careful ...
