Laindon branch allows customers to dispose of PPE masks and makes no attempt to pick them up or arrange a cleaner to do so. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not to be trust .... got my property for 4 months and booked 9 viewings but only 6 turn up of which 4 we need to do it ourselves and they started giving us feedback for people who didnt turn up and when started questioning they said they got feedback wrong on different properties....also be careful ... I have been very disappointed with the service I have received so far as a buyer for a property being advertised through Hilbery Chaplin. My personal experience with Hilbery Chaplin is quite negative. When viewing properties their staff have often been late and unknowledgeable. They were managing one of the properties I was renting and considering they charged a reasonably high commission at the start of the tenancy, they were next... Read Full Review
