After my experience with Park and Bailey (Lettings) I felt it was relevant to leave a review as other people should know how unprofessional these people are! I have never experienced anything like it! Jackie who is the Lettings manager is the rudest most disrespectful person I've ever met.. She has no consideration what so ever when it comes to potential clients, jackie does not take any seriousness in what she is doing and how important it is for people like myself to find somewhere to live. It's either her way or the high way. After being told The branch were not willing to help me with my search I then made an official complaint Jackie lied through her teeth saying she didn't say this along with everything else that was brought up in the complaint.. After speaking the the negotiator Josh I was promised I would be informed of any properties that come up meeting my criteria and surprise surprise I've never heard a word back even after seeing properties online that would suit my needs!! My complaint was brushed off with Jackies joke of a reply basically denying EVERYTHING and no further action was taken.. I found that this office are a complete shambles and I would advise everyone to steer clear unless you want to be looked down apon, judged and basically spoken to like you're worthless! Being an estate agent myself I know that the level of respect and concideration from this branch is highly unprofessional and they way my complaint and dealings with them were dealt with is absolutely disgusting! Stay well away if you're even thinking of using these people! This office should be looked into by higher staff and should also investigate what kind of staff they have employed!!!

Concider changing your staff .. They are unprofessional and give your Lettings department a bad name!

We did indeed receive an official complaint and I note that having responded promptly to you that you chose not to enter into any further correspondence. You do not make it clear in this post what your complaint is actually based on nor why we were unable to help. We have a strict criteria here at Park & Bailey, a reason why many Landlords chose to entrust us with the management of their property assets. When you suggest ‘everyone is lying through their teeth’ I can only assume you actually mean that as you did not get what you wanted you are both frustrated and furious and want everyone to know it. As an Estate Agent I would expect you to have a better understanding of the industry than perhaps you appear to have. We wish you well in your search for a home.

What agent could do to change your mind?
There needs to be a better standard of \'Good Practice\' I don\'t believe this Agency value their Clients in their Lettings department and this, I feel, should be looked at and considered. I have never been made to feel like the way the Staff here have made me feel.
