I got off to a slow start as house was marketed in the summer but once my buyer was found what impressed me most was the way Ann of the progressions team handled everything. She was on top of the sale and is a credit to Park & Bailey. Thank you Ann for making this a stress free transaction

There needs to be a better standard of \'Good Practice\' I don\'t believe this Agency value their Clients in their Lettings department and this, I feel, should be looked at and considered. I have never been made to feel like the way the Staff here have made me feel.
Again, having rented privately for some time, the fees seem to be excessive. I haven\'t seen anything quite like it!

28 Nov 2012It is very disappointing to receive negative comments and we take all feedback very seriously. However after discussions with the lettings team, to confirm although you have been a tenant since 1994...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
