Very easy process buying through Park and Bailey. Sam was helpful and responded immediately to our offer both in writing and on the phone.
Once our offer was accepted, Ginette kept us updated throughout the buying process and ensured that our purchase went smoothly. Ginette was always available to contact the seller regarding our questions and took a lot of the stress associated with buying away from us.
When the time to sell comes, we would certainly look to Park and Bailey.

Our experience in selling our house with Park & Bailey has been very positive from beginning to end. The initial valuation and advice was arranged quickly following our request and we received helpful advice regarding what we should do, and not do, prior to marketing the house. Once we had asked Park & Bailey to market the house as sole agents they were very good at keeping us totally updated by phone and by email. When we were not able to be at the house one day at a weekend they manned multiple viewings which was very helpful. We were able to complete a chain quite quickly and the Progression Department were excellent in fine tuning the final negotiations and liaising with all parties up and down the chain leading up to exchange of contracts. Selling a house is of course stressful, but dealing with Park & Bailey has helped us by making the process as 'pain free' as possible.

I had the misfortune to sell my property through Park & Bailey some years ago. We agreed a marketing price, signed the contract, which they then changed and undervalued it, which we complained about bitterly. We even tried to get out of the contract and was told it was binding. So having argued for our original agreed marketing price, it sold within 5 days! So we weren't wrong. However, that was only the start of the issues. We then lost this sale as they said there was another interested party, the first party wanted a quick move so we should tell them we've increased the price and see who comes out with the best price. We refused and said we would go with the first couple at the price we agreed on. This wasn't communicated to the seller so they pulled out and found another property as they needed a quick move and thought we weren't interested! We did eventually sell for the agreed price to a new buyer and then proceeded down a long drawn out process of other issues and no communication from the agent, until the day they wanted their money of course. We ended our dealings by going to court with them, not because I knew we would win but because they were THAT bad I had to make a stand and was even prepared to pay for it. Every bad piece of press there has ever been about estate agents was committed by this firm in our sale. They were rude, abusive and obstructive, I'm not picking on Ginette in particular as we had dealings with most of the office in the end. In case you are wondering, no I'm not against agents in general and we aren't crackpots either, just decent, honest, hard working people who believe in being fair. I can't stress enough the awful experience we had at the hands of Park & Bailey and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Shortly after my offer was accepted Ginette Brondson at Caterham rang to introduce herself and has been a huge help in progressing the sale by liaising between the vendors, myself and our respective solicitors.
All members of staff were extremely polite, helpful and efficient throughout the process. I will have no hesitation in recommending Park & Bailey to others in need of an estate agent. Thank you all.

The Caterham staff have also been very kind and understanding and have done all they possibly can to make this transaction go smoothly.
We will certainly be using Park & Bailey to sell our present home when the time comes.

After dealing with several estate agents in London, I have found Park and Bailey to be extremely helpful. They were not being paid by me but were more helpful than the estate agent who sold my house.
