Lived in the property for 2 years plus. It was cold, damp and needed a lot of work to bring it up to the rental of £995 per month. On leaving the rep from Germans Emma criticised everything. She even said I had peed on the radiator. "xxx". She was rude and incompetent to say the least. The landlord even suggested I had broken the front door. I don't think so the door swelled when it was wet and you couldn't get in or out. I replaced the handle 5 times. All in all a nightmare. Lost my deposit but didn't care just wanted to get out.
What agent could do to change your mind?
She was very rude and objectionable.

1 Aug 2014Ms Fuller was disgruntled because we found that she had been smoking in a non smoking property and this was noted on the check out report. The landlord had to have the carpets cleaned and wallreprisinged to eliminate the cigarette odour throughout. We would not use the word 'peed' however as the radiator front situated to the side of the guest w/c was very rusty and soiled I explained that it looked like urine splashes could have caused this to happen, obviously from when males using the toilet. I could see no other explanation for this. We were never rude to Ms Fuller, however, have a duty to report all discrepancies from the check in inventory which was checked and signed by Ms Fuller when she took tenure, to the landlord. This property was not managed by us, the landlord simply employed us to do the check out as they envisaged issues.

Very unprofessional and incompetent Did not pass on important information - no apologies given for this, I had to ring them constantly (when they answered the phone) Full of lies - told the landlord one thing and us another Money grabbing - wouldn't give itemised bills and we paid a large fee...
