John German work only in the the interests of the landlord and not the tenant. We had to go for over a week with no heating or hot water when the boiler broke. We were told that it was not urgent and the delay was because they couldn't get hold of the landlord. Then the landlord allegedly wanted... Read Full Review

They don't mind telling you complete lies - In the proces of renting a property there were things that i had arranged with the land lord to add to the lease and they told me that the land lord had specifically asked them not to put it on the tenancy agreement, having spoken to the land lord i find...
