We have expressed an interest in a number of property's all of which still need to be confirmed with the tenant baring in mind this is since early December. Have expressed concern with dealing with a particular staff member and the response I got was ridiculous explaining she has had a word and she is happy to deal with us professionally. This was not the problem the problem was ***xxxx*** a member of my family' who would need to be present when viewing the property and understandably this was not a position I was happy to be in. Frustrating as all property's I am Interested in are with cm rent but I have heard nothing but bad things about them now i understand why
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have supplied me with a member of staff who I was happy with and could have taken my enquiries seriously and followed them up

Awful company, have had a leak and heating issue since I have moved in which remains unfixed.
