Did not tell tenant of roofers in the property at work when the day of moving in came. did not carry out a thorough clean of the property. Cat poo on a rug in the sitting room. dirty oven and fridge. woodburner full of ash and door of fire broken. Very rude attitude when asked to sort out mistakes in management. Did nor attend with the keys or show how any electrical items worked. Not fit to deal with customers with such an aggresive attitude to their own faults. Disgraceful.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Accept there had been mistakes, apologised, and set about rectifying problems immediately.
