Turned up with a potential buyer unannounced and caught my 14 year old getting out of the shower. So angry and they will not be hearing the last of this. The agent merely smirked at me when I complained. The house is ridiculously overpriced and the property details sound like you are buying a mansion in the countryside - it's a new build made from icing sugar on an estate for goodness sake. Seriously these agents are parasites.

Fees were consistent with those charged by other agents but the level of service received effectivley made Fulfords real value for money.

Forget the usual estate agent stories, the staff in Fulfords Dawlish are absolutely excellent.
In particular, Nick and Jazz who dealt with the majority of the sale of my elderly mothers property, went out of their way to ensure she was kept informed at all stages of the sale. They made numerous trips out to the house to help her complete the paperwork and collect signatures where required. Not only did they do everything in their power to ensure the sale went to schedule, but they also helped out where they could with complications during the purchase of her new property, which wasn't even going through their books. We believe the valuation was spot on and communication throughout was first class. A big thank you to all involved, you really did make the whole process a painless as possible.

I wish to send a massive 'thank you' to the sales team in Dawlish.
I found the whole experience with them smooth and relatively easy,,, for selling a house.
I had a particularly tricky house to sell as I had a tenant in there that I had to evict, it also needed some TLC and repairs, yet they understood my needs, situation and handled the who thing with me for afar.
They sold it in record time. I also got the price I wanted for the house that I previously couldn't sell, and I am just so happy to begin 2014 with the house sold.
A extra big thank you to Yvette, - I it wasn't for you...... but thank you all.
