Rude, patronising, dismissive and unwilling or unable to follow through. Problems reported were never resolved. The only time communications were timely was when they wanted money. £125 fee to provide a photocopy of a tenancy agreement; total fees £450 for practically nothing.

Agents at Fulfords should all be adequately trained so they provide the same information and level of customer service. I suggest certain members of staff should improve their telephone manner and levels of customer service.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
