Did not tell tenant of roofers in the property at work when the day of moving in came. did not carry out a thorough clean of the property. Cat poo on a rug in the sitting room. dirty oven and fridge. woodburner full of ash and door of fire broken. Very rude attitude when asked to sort out mistakes... Read Full Review

Accept there had been mistakes, apologised, and set about rectifying problems immediately.
