My experience with selling my flat with Goldsmith and Howland Estate Agents. WhenI decided to move, my son researched which Estate companies were best. And two were recommended. I met the representatives of each and was more inclined to give my flat to sell to Daniel Harris who seemed both interested in a successful outcome and experienced in the task. From the start things progressed quickly, photographs were taken, and were excellent and advertising was arranged. After 67 viewings and within three weeks I received a good offer by a couple who were very keen to proceed. Everything runs relatively smoothly. At some point D. Harris suggested to the prospective buyers to slightly increase their offer. He did that from his own accord , it was accepted and the surveys were done and all the legal requirements were met. Also helped by my excellent lawyer. All the processes run successfully in a reasonable amount of time without difficulties . Daniel Harris was focused and attentive that things were done well. Having observed this, a couple of neighbours of mine asked me the agent that was in charge of my sale. Their flat , above mine, had been sale some months with another estate agency unsuccessfully. They made a contract with D. Harris and they are now in the process of completing a sale as well. So it has been a very positive process and I will recommend the state agency, and flats , especifically Mr Harris . Dr S. OclanderGoldie

Goldschmidts have a good reputation but the service in the Hampstead office was far from good as noone ever returns calls and when you do all the properties they advertise are ‘Just Let'! Not bad. I viewed the property after following up on two phone calls to the agency which unfortunately weren't returned, and made an offer at the full asking price based on several conditions I needed approved before signing. An agent at G&H represented the landlord of a flat that my wife and 2 small children rented just over a year ago. What agent could do to change your mind?
The lettings agent could have simply responded to our queries in an honest manner; ignoring is never an acceptable option for even a lettings agent.

Goldschmidt & Howland have been, at every step of the way, very unwilling to help or follow through with promises. They have cost us money, time, and stress.
