Goldschmidts have a good reputation but the service in the Hampstead office was far from good as noone ever returns calls and when you do all the properties they advertise are ‘Just Let'! Their management was also very poor and the nail in the coffin was that they took 4 months to return our deposit.

Not bad. I viewed the property after following up on two phone calls to the agency which unfortunately weren't returned, and made an offer at the full asking price based on several conditions I needed approved before signing. An agent at G&H represented the landlord of a flat that my wife and 2 small children rented just over a year ago. What agent could do to change your mind?
The lettings agent could have simply responded to our queries in an honest manner; ignoring is never an acceptable option for even a lettings agent.

Goldschmidt & Howland have been, at every step of the way, very unwilling to help or follow through with promises. They have cost us money, time, and stress.
