The deal didn't go through, yet they took several days rent money from my deposit that I paid without it being 100% clear beforehand verbally that that is what would be done if the deal did not go through. Worst rental agents! I rented a flat from them for 2 years. I have never had so many repairs, and it usually took 2-3 calls before a repairman came to fix anything. I had to buy a microwave when the fitted one stopped working and they wouldn't replace it because landlord insisted on multiple... Read Full Review
