Worst rental agents! I rented a flat from them for 2 years. I have never had so many repairs, and it usually took 2-3 calls before a repairman came to fix anything. I had to buy a microwave when the fitted one stopped working and they wouldn't replace it because landlord insisted on multiple estimates. Tried to accuse me of causing leak to flat below when both my neighbour and I agreed that the leak had been going on long before. Once they arranged a repair but didn't tell me they were coming - luckily they arrived just seconds before I got in the shower! And when I moved out before lease ended, they left the lights on and made a mess in the bathrooms while showing the flat but swore up and down they did not. Tried to make me pay for all kinds missing items which I did not ever use because I packed up the jumble shop kitchenware as soon as I moved in.
