I've had an extremely disappointing experience with Brokenhurst estate agents.They recently demanded payment a service, yet at no point did they issue an invoice, contract, or any clear breakdown of charges beforehand. This approach is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency and proper business practices. No one should be expected to hand over money without clear, documented communication about what is being charged and why. David Griffith's was obnoxious when I requested proof of delivery of any invoices. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this agency. Always insist on everything in writing and don’t assume that just because they’re in a position of authority, their processes are sound. My trust in this company has been completely eroded.

We rented through Brockenhurst and it was the worst experience ever. The property we rented was not fit for habitation and we had constant problems. Not just small problems, no hob for a month, no heating, a condemned boiler, no working shower - but we were told as we had hot water in the kitchen... Read Full Review
