Terrible Do not bother renting with them. They won't follow through with repairs properly. I lived in a property managed by them. For nearly two years I lived with extreme water damage in the roof. The final straw for me was a mouse infestation with a cheap pest control guy who took his traps back after a week. Avoid avoid avoid.

Their fee structure is ridiculous, you pay almost �200 for a simple credit check. The staff are rude, uninterested, and incompetent. I'm sorry I ever went anywhere near Blundells. Service has been poor from the start - they failed to put half of our deposit into a DPS and left it floating around in our account. Where to start with this shambolic outfit? The only thing they actually manage is the removal of your money. What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Have a single fee of 10% with no hidden add-on costs 2. Have a single person who you can be confident will deal with all your issues with regard to a property 3. Employ enough experienced staff so that the staff do have time to deal with your issues as they arise 4. Issue proper readable contracts
