Moved out of house more than a month ago. Chasing return of deposit still. They obviously make money investing our money whilst keeping it for longer than they should. Hide behind 'different departments '. In any other world it's called stealing

This agency is ripping off clients. E-mailed FW 3 and call 3 times for an explanation where are £450 from my desposit. Basically, there are pack of wolf sitting in this branch, ready to tear the tenents flesh apart with their teeth and feast on them! This is the politest i can describe them.
