An extremely poor service. It's impossible to get a call back or update. The manager Matt is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend them to buy or sell through. I recall after months of waiting around and the chain falling through getting an email letting me know if I didn't like the way things were then they'd be happy to sell our property to someone else. To get to talk to Matt I had to make an appointment in his diary…appallingly service! Daisy is a real credit to this branch, she's lovely, willing to help and will call to just check in even if there was no update to reassure us. Daisy is the only reason I held on with buying our new home so it'll be a great loss for that branch whilst she is on maternity.

MK branch will require you to work with their mortgage advisor in order to view or make offers for their listings. Most agencies will ask you if you want that and probably will give advantages for those who do so, but specifically asking you to do that over the phone and lie to say the vendor wants ... I do think All high st agent fees are expensive , but on this occasion I can only say I felt I had value for money , as I felt the team worked very hard on my behalf to get the property sold.

Consistently chased for a response or answers to queries. They never had the answers or made an effort to find out more information from sellers.
