When selling my late father's property it had been a significant number of years since I had sold any property, let alone someone elses. Every step of the way , the team , all of them, were curtis ,supportive, and very helpful. The guidance provided by Matt was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them ,when I asked , even what I am sure were daft questions at times, someone in the team always came back with an answer, and promptly. The property,sold and completed in record time and dispite it being a difficult time personally, Brown and Merry at Newport Pagnell were amazing.
Comments on Agent Fees
I do think All high st agent fees are expensive , but on this occasion I can only say I felt I had value for money , as I felt the team worked very hard on my behalf to get the property sold.

MK branch will require you to work with their mortgage advisor in order to view or make offers for their listings. Most agencies will ask you if you want that and probably will give advantages for those who do so, but specifically asking you to do that over the phone and lie to say the vendor wants ... Consistently chased for a response or answers to queries. They never had the answers or made an effort to find out more information from sellers.
