After receiving very poor responses, (in fact no response at all from two e-mails), from the local branch regarding an issue with inventories, I telephoned their Norwich LSR (centre dealing with lettings) and spoke with Jordan Sendall. He was very helpful and grasped the situation immediately,... Read Full Review

After receiving very poor responses, (in fact no response at all from two e-mails), from the local branch regarding an issue with inventories, I telephoned their Norwich LSR (centre dealing with lettings) and spoke with Jordan Sendall. He was very helpful and grasped the situation immediately, showing empathy for my problem. He took up the ongoing inventory issue with the branch, which has now been brought to a satisfactory conclusion. He also arranged for a gas boiler service for me, which was a separate issue caused my myself.He did what he said he would do, which unfortunately was not something of which the local branch branch seemed capable.
