Who was viewing, when and with whom.
What I particularly liked, and I don’t like to single people out as all five were amazing but, Scarlette, if she said she would call me back, she called me back without fail. That doesn’t often happen in my experience.Fantastic.

Amir and his team at Berkhamsted, were professional, polite and helpful throughout the selling process. Bobbi and Harry showed prospective buyers around with courtesy and care. Amir and his team have been on hand, available and knowledgeable throughout.

The service I have received from Brown & Merry is, on the whole, excellent.
I have received excellent customer service from Jordon Sendall who is helpful, efficient and proactive. Also from Joanne Wallis and Emily Walker from the Berkhamsted branch who have recently found me a new tenant very quickly, as well as secured a rental increase.
I feel very confident that my property is in good hands.
I have had one or two issues with the finance department where there were errors on the statement, which even though obvious, were not accepted by them. I had to escalate to Joanne Wallis who quickly sorted them out for me.
