Was meant to collect keys, paid all money to be told 45mins the landlord changed his mind. The manager blamed everybody else. Very unprofessional. Credit checks not completed properly.

Hi, they trap you with lie and then do not help you at all, they said property will be refurbished and everything will be ready soon, but on the day i was moving , nothing was changed in property. i am fighting and going to sue them through citizen advice bureau walsall. anyone need proof or want... Vile and conniving, those are words that just about come close to describing the * Walsall branch of Homepoint. 13 Aug 2020I have dealt with Homepoint for over 10 years and they have become worse year by year. I have to keep chasing money from my tenants and still don't receive payments. Do not let this company let...
