Shocking service. No contact unless they want something. I was in a serious situation and had to involve the police and the agents still refused to answer simple emails from myself but I could see them responding occasionally (only when they wanted something) to my ex partner. 29 Apr 2019I was duped in to signing a guarantor form for a tenant. I was only shown 1 page by the tenant to sign and was told it was a reference form only. I spoke to a lady at their Walsall office who...

Really disgusted with the service received after, what we thought, was a fairly smooth 2 1/2 years as tenants ( although slow at sorting none urgent repairs).
