Shocking service. No contact unless they want something. I was in a serious situation and had to involve the police and the agents still refused to answer simple emails from myself but I could see them responding occasionally (only when they wanted something) to my ex partner. Maintenance was paid for and we never received any kind. Absolutely appalled by the service. It’s clear they only care about the business and not the comfort of their tenants. Good luck trying to contact them and good luck with the empty promises.

29 Apr 2019I was duped in to signing a guarantor form for a tenant. I was only shown 1 page by the tenant to sign and was told it was a reference form only. I spoke to a lady at their Walsall office who...

Really disgusted with the service received after, what we thought, was a fairly smooth 2 1/2 years as tenants ( although slow at sorting none urgent repairs).
