Vile and conniving, those are words that just about come close to describing the * Walsall branch of Homepoint. Their wretched art practiced on unsuspecting tenants and landlords, leaving them empty of pocket and heart, and in some cases, home. Wretched beyond any decent measure, there is no depth they will not sink to in their disgusting practice of burdening people already in difficult circumstances in order to fill their own pockets. The rodent in charge of handling deposits, Paul, is one to keep an eye out for. That one will try to come up with all sorts of nonsensical 'rules' and 'regulations' to try and convince you that your deposit is forfeit. Watch out for Sophie too, although very low in intelligence, she has experience in shortchanging people. Although none of these scammers are terribly smart, they have the advantage of knowing how to con people. Make no mistake, trusting Homepoint Walsall is something that you WILL come to regret deeply.
Tenancy renewal fee £90 (scam) Checkout Fee £95(scam) Reference Fee £75(scam) Debt Collection Letter £45 (cruel) Deposit-£one month's rent (you may or may not get this back, but you WILL have to fight for it!)

13 Aug 2020I have dealt with Homepoint for over 10 years and they have become worse year by year. I have to keep chasing money from my tenants and still don't receive payments. Do not let this company let your property if you want regular payments passed on to you. I have always had discrepancies with them but they have now got to rock bottom. I think that it's time to call it a day
