CANNOT BE TRUSTED I was a genuiine cash buyer confirming up top a 40% deposit and had a raised offer price accepted oon the basis of a quick exchange with the property not to have further marketing or viewings . J Andersons have not progressed the exchange and appear to have continued to market the property and an encouraged additional buyer has appeared at a higher privce. I have wasted time and money THis is not the way I expect an estate agent to behave. Totallly untrustworthy.

Complaints Procedure
<p>Lettings</p>
<p>Should you have any complaints with our service which you are unable to resolve with the individual involved you should then write to the branch/department manager in question. This complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days. If you remain dissatisfied you will need to write to the Lettings Director at James Anderson, Lambourn House, 17 Sheen Lane, London, SW14 8HY. The same limits will apply. Following the investigation of our Lettings Director a written statement of James Anderson’s final view will be sent to you, this will include any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled if dissatisfied to refer the matter to the Property Ombudsman for review.</p>
