Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

This complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days. If you remain dissatisfied you will need to write to the Lettings Director at James Anderson, Lambourn House, 17 Sheen Lane, London, SW14 8HY. The same limits will apply. Following the investigation of our Lettings Director a written statement of James Anderson’s final view will be sent to you, this will include any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled if dissatisfied to refer the matter to the Property Ombudsman for review.</p>
