I've been trying to rent a place from them with months. Every time I call them someone is on holiday or something else, and they say will give me call back and hang up. Calling every day - no results. I missed so many opportunities because of them. Just awful, have no words to describe how disappointed I am. Time wasters!

Shocking bad company and staff. Terrible service. From the beginning to the end of the contract. There was a catalogue of lies and arrogance. I wasn't receiving invoices from from Caxtons which they only send via post. So they decided to instruct solicitors to get the money from me. The solicitors managed to send me an email and a letter to my other address asking for full payment plus £500 admin fees. I challenged... Read Full Review

This agency is unwilling to fix problems around the property which is their responsibility. The management are extremely rude and have been rude on the phone and via email communications. At first this company was ok to get through to. However towards the later stages their micro aggression and r* started slipping through in their processes and lies.
