At first this company was ok to get through to. However towards the later stages their micro aggression and r* started slipping through in their processes and lies. To all my fellow black people don't bother using them because not only will they butcher your name intentionally they'll lie boldly to your face to keep your holding deposit.

19 Jul 2020That’s is an absolutely lie! caxtons which we had this unpleasant occasion to cross passed never stick to Tenancy Act nor our lease! They have intensionally overcharged and provide the worse service.Since we have got rid of them and managed by ourselves the difference is shocking! We have obviously reported them and won at Tribunal their shameful practices!Never again caxtons and being honest Hope such company will go bankrupt considering how they are threading their customers!

In the meantime, we can assure you that we have never intentionally overcharged a client and if this has happened inadvertently we will of course reimburse you. We have not been taken to tribunal so your comment is puzzling!

Shocking bad company and staff. Terrible service. From the beginning to the end of the contract. There was a catalogue of lies and arrogance. I wasn't receiving invoices from from Caxtons which they only send via post. So they decided to instruct solicitors to get the money from me. The solicitors managed to send me an email and a letter to my other address asking for full payment plus £500 admin fees. I challenged... Read Full Review
