Unprofessional ! Lad called Matt turned up to do the viewing, didn't look like he wanted to be there, no personality whatsoever, didn't have a clue where the boiler was and no keys to the garage. I expect to see those things when viewing a property, esp the boiler !!! He stood there... Read Full Review

I recently viewed a house with my partner and the staff member I was dealing with spoke down to us, he didn't seem bothered about our business at all. Really pleased with Keenan's, the staffin the Leigh branch we're excellent. Samantha who dealt with the sale was exceptionally good in keeping us informed of progress, there were a few hiccups along the way but we got there in the end would definitely recommend... Read Full Review
