Overvalued the property by £20,000 and I have just found out that the prospective buyers mortgage company only value the property at 200,000 and will not lend the required amount so the sale is in jepordy. They put the house up for nearly 2 weeks and got a phone call about an offer. They are always tell you the truth from the start from the start.
